Description

Terre di Valfredda di Ca’ Montini is made from Pinot Grigio grapes grown in a single vineyard in Trentino-Alto Adige, sheltered by the mountains and marked by warm days and cool nights. The east–west exposure and the traditional Pergola Trentina training system promote balanced ripening of the grapes.

Vinification is overseen with particular care by an experienced team of oenologists, with the aim of preserving the freshness, aromatic purity, and the variety’s distinctive mineral expression.

In the glass it shows a pale straw-yellow color. The bouquet is intense and evokes white peach, pear, and ripe fruit, while on the palate it is fresh, well balanced, and characterized by a saline, mineral finish.

Served at 8–10°C, it pairs nicely with seafood, vegetable antipasti, light pasta dishes with clams and tomato, and sushi.
