Trentino DOC Riesling Simboli 2015 La Vis

The Trentino Riesling Symbols of La Vis is born in vineyards located in the Cembra valley, in the heart of Trentino Alto Adige.

It is produced exclusively with Riesling grapes, harvested only by hand. After a soft pressing of the grapes and a static decantation of the must, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages on the same containers for 150 days, and for a further 60 days in the bottle.

The Simboli is characterized by a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose opens with aromas of candied fruit, enriched with pleasant carob spicy notes. On the palate it is savory, pleasantly fruity and pleasantly dry.

Perfect to accompany fish, sushi and raw fish dishes, it is ideal in combination with shellfish and seafood.
