Description

The Trentino Superiore Müller Thurgau from the Castel Firmian di Mezzacorona collection originates from the vineyards of the Cembra Valley, in the province of Trento.

It is produced with 100% Müller Thurgau grapes, harvested only by hand. Fermentation takes place traditionally in steel, with a brief maceration in contact with the skins, at a controlled temperature of 18-20 ° C.

Trentino Superiore Müller Thurgau Firmian Castle of Mezzacorona has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose opens with fresh fruity aromas complemented by a framework of pleasant spicy notes of sage and thyme that blend with hints of white peach. On the palate it is balanced, dry and fruity, slightly aromatic.

Ideal as an aperitif, this wine is perfect to accompany fresh cheeses, first courses based on vegetables, both raw and cooked fish and white meats.
