Description

Blanc de Blancs from Ferrari's Maximum line, is among the first labels to be created by the founder, Giulio Ferrari. Today it wears the colors of the cellar, black and white, to which is added the red that has always been present in the emblem, for a result of perfect fusion between modernity and company history.

It is made up of Chardonnay grapes only. The cuvée is ready, it then remains to refine for 36 months on its lees.

In the glass it is endowed with a fascinating and luminous straw yellow color. Its aroma is intense and fragrant, with notes of ripe yellow fruit that intertwine with the tones of bread crust and hazelnut typical of the Classic Method. It is a fresh and satisfying bubble that delights the palate with citrus hints that mix with mineral sensations.

Elegant aperitif, it can accompany a fresh buffalo mozzarella as well as a Sicilian octopus salad.
