Trento DOC Cuvée del Conte Fondatore Brut Millesimato 2010 Wallenburg

The Classic Method Brut Millesimato Cuvée del Conte Fondatore represents the Cru of the Trentino company Wallenburg. This sparkling wine is born in the vineyards located on the Martignano hill.

It is mainly produced with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes, harvested in the first half of September. After the classic white winemaking processes, the wine takes the second fermentation and aging for at least 36 months on the lees. Subsequent disgorgement is carried out.

The Cuvée del Conte Fondatore is characterized by a deep straw yellow color, with a fine and persistent perlage. After the typical fragrant aroma of bread crust, it offers a very harmonious and elegant scent of apple and yellow fruit. In the mouth it shows a marked acidity and a bewitching softness, which accompany towards a fruity and persistent finish.

Excellent with light fish and shellfish appetizers, it is perfect for an aperitif.
