Description

The Trentodoc Pas Dosé of the For4neri line by Zanotelli was born in Val di Cembra, from a family-run farm that has been based in Cembra Lisignago, in the province of Trento, since 1860. The grapes come from the Caséle vineyards.

It consists of 100% Chardonnay grapes, which are softly pressed and then slowly fermented at 15-17°C. Bottle aging on the lees lasts at least 36 months.

The wine has a brilliant straw yellow color and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose reveals elegant aromas of white flowers and Golden apple. The sip is dry, fresh and structured, with a good persistence.

Excellent for an important aperitif, it is a wine to be drunk throughout the meal and in particular with fish and shellfish. Also excellent with sushi.
