Description
Trento DOC Brut Riserva Metodo Classico is produced with Chardonnay grapes coming from the hilly area of the Trentino valleys. The soils vary from basaltic to porphyritic with schistose matrices.
The secondary fermentation takes place in the bottle and the wine rests on the yeasts for at least 36 months.
It has a fine and persistent perlage, a complex, intense and fine aroma, and a harmonious and full taste, persistent in the finish.
Excellent as an aperitif and ideal throughout the meal, it pairs well with fish-based first and second courses.
