Trento Riserva Brut DOC Perlé Rosé 2017 Ferrari

Ferrari Spumante Trento Perlé Rosé Riserva comes from vineyards located on the hills around Trento.

It is mainly produced with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes, rigorously harvested by hand in mid-September. The wine rests for at least 5 years on selected yeasts.

Perlé Rosé Riserva is characterized by an antique pink color with delicate tones. The nose opens with an intense, fine and elegant aroma, including fruity hints of black currant, wild strawberries and raspberries, enriched with pleasant aromas of orange, rose and cumin. On the palate it reveals an excellent structure, with pleasant spicy notes and aromas of sweet almond and yeast. Overall it is a wine with great harmony, with excellent and pleasant persistence.

Perfect to accompany aperitifs, cold cuts and pizza, it is ideal in combination with fish, sushi and shellfish dishes.
