Umbria IGT Grechetto 2016 Falesco

Grechetto Falesco was born in the territory of Orvieto, in Umbria.

It is produced entirely with Grechetto grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. The wine is left to cold cryomacerate on the skins to obtain a greater expression in noble aromas and personalities. It is then fermented at low temperature to maintain the fragrance and elegance. Then follows the refinement in the bottle.

Grechetto Falesco has a bright straw color with greenish highlights. The scent is distinct, with fresh notes that evolve towards hints of small flowers. On the palate it is very pleasant in flavors thanks to a very good balance between fullness and acidity.

Ideal with fish dishes, it goes well with appetizers and white meats.
