Description

Castelfalco white wine was born in the heart of Italy, in Umbria. The vineyards are located with south-east exposure in the municipality of Bevagna at approx. 250 masl

The pure Trebbiano grapes are harvested manually in the first half of October. Once in the cellar we proceed with the classic white vinification and with the refinement in French oak tonneaux in contact with the fine lees for 15 months, followed by 12 months of refinement in the bottle.

Golden yellow in color, the nose has aromas of white and yellow flowers, as well as balsamic hints. The sip is fine and soft, with a good persistence.

It goes well with risottos, roasted fish and white meats.
