Description

The Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Brut Crede of the Bisol Cru line was born on the gentle hills of Valdobbiadene, in the province of Treviso. The name derives from the clayey soils with marine sandstone subsoil on which the vineyards, called "creeds", are planted.

It is mainly produced with Glera grapes and with Pinot Bianco and Verdiso grapes, harvested only by hand at the end of September. After the classic white winemaking processes, the second fermentation takes place by fermentation in steel autoclaves according to the Charmat method.

The Prosecco Superiore Brut Bisol Crede is characterized by a bright straw yellow color with green hues, and a perlage minute and persistent. The nose opens with fresh and elegant aromas of meadow flowers, enriched with pleasant fruity hints. On the palate it is harmonious and of fine flavor, with fruity hints of apple and pear.

Perfect to accompany the aperitif ritual, this Prosecco is ideal for the preparation of the original Bellini and other cocktails in general.
