Description

The Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Dry Vigneto Giardino di Adami was born in the Giardino vineyard located in the municipality of Vidor, in the province of Treviso.

It is produced exclusively with Glera grapes which undergo a soft pressing and pressing process. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 18-20 ° C, followed by aging on the noble lees for a period of 3 months.

The Giardino Vineyard has an elegant straw yellow color. The nose opens with elegant and delicate fruity notes, with hints of yellow apple and peach. On the palate it is rich and intense, with substantial breadth, softness and freshness.

Ideal as an aperitif, this wine is suitable for all occasions and meetings. It is perfect to accompany focaccia, dry pastries, fruit and fresh fruit tarts such as peach and melon.
