Description

The Gewürztraminer of De Tarczal was born in vineyards located in the Trentino municipality of Marano d'Isera, in the heart of Vallagarina, a land particularly suited to viticulture.

It is produced exclusively with Gewürztraminer grapes, carefully picked and selected by hand. Fermentation takes place with short maceration in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16-18 ° C.

De Tarczal's Gewürztraminer is characterized by a bright straw yellow color. The nose opens with a persistent and intense bouquet of cloves and orange blossom. On the palate it is soft and balanced, with an aromatic and pleasantly persistent finish.

This white wine is perfect to accompany shellfish, white meats and blue cheeses.
