Description
The Valpolicella Valpantena by Bertani originates from vineyards located in Valpantena.
It is made from Corvina Veronese and Rondinella grapes, from vines that are on average 10 - 15 years old.
After maturing for about 6 months in cement tanks, the wine further refines in the bottle for another 3 months.
This Valpolicella exhibits a vibrant ruby red color. On the nose, it opens with fresh notes of currant and pomegranate, enriched by pleasant notes of aromatic herbs. On the palate, it is light and savory, with fresh tannins that invite drinking.
Perfect to accompany first courses and dressed white meats, this Valpolicella is ideal when paired with grilled red meats and medium-aged cheeses.
