Valtènesi DOC Castelline 2015 Costaripa

Valtènesi Castelline di Costaripa was born in vineyards located in Moniga del Garda, in the province of Brescia.

It is produced exclusively with Groppello Gentile grapes, selected and harvested entirely by hand. A vinification carried out in the traditional way is followed by a partial aging in oak "pièces" for a few months. Glass stabilization follows where the wine refines its characteristics.

Castelline di Costaripa shows a soft ruby red color, with light garnet reflections. The nose opens with an intense hint of violet, enriched with notes of sage, quince, pepper and olive wood. On the palate it is savory, harmonious and elegant, with a good persistence.

Ideal in combination with soups and soups, it can also accompany pasta dishes with meat-based sauces.
