Description
Ca' di Rajo's Cabernet Sauvignon was born in the province of Treviso.
The harvested grapes are vinified with a maceration of 20-25 days in thermo-controlled steel tanks. The wine subsequently ages both in steel and wooden barrels.
Ruby red in color with garnet reflections, it reveals blackberry, strawberry and raspberry jam aromas to the nose, enriched with spicy notes. The sip is full-bodied and soft.
Excellent with rare beef steak or stewed game.
