Description
Jermann's Chardonnay is born in vineyards located in the heart of Collio. The Jermann family, thanks to its passion for wine, has managed to gain a place at the top of Italian and world wine.
It is produced exclusively with Chardonnay grapes. The vinification takes place in white. The wine ages on the yeasts for 6 months in steel tanks, before bottling and marketing.
It is characterized by a brilliant straw yellow color, with greenish reflections. The nose opens with a bouquet of banana and ripe golden apple. On the palate it is fresh, with excellent persistence.
Perfect to accompany vegetable soups, stewed fish and shellfish.
