Description

Jermann is a historic winery in Friuli-Venezia Giulia, internationally recognized for the excellence of its white wines and for a pioneering vision that marries family tradition and innovation. This Pinot Grigio expresses the variety in a distinctive style, combining aromatic finesse, crystalline freshness and pinpoint precision that reflects the identity of its terroirs between Isonzo and Collio.

It is made exclusively from Pinot Grigio grapes, vinified as a white wine and aged on the lees for about 6 months in stainless-steel tanks before bottling and release.

Jermann’s Pinot Grigio shows a bright straw-yellow color and opens on the nose with aromas of fresh fruit such as apricot and nectarine, with excellent persistence.

On the palate it is fresh, with good presence. Perfect with grilled fish and mushroom-based dishes.
