Description
The Venezia Giulia Vitovska di Zidarich was born in vineyards located in the municipality of Duino Aurisina, in the province of Trieste.
It is produced with pure Vitovska grapes, harvested and selected by hand between the last week of September and the first ten days of October. After fermentation, the wine ages in medium and large Slavonian oak barrels for 24 months, before being bottled.
Zidarich's Vitovska has a golden yellow color. The nose opens with elegant sensations of cooked fruit and salt. In the mouth it is fine and sapid, with a pleasantly persistent and refreshing finish.
Perfect to accompany white meats, raw fish and sushi, it is ideal in combination with fresh cheeses and grilled vegetables.
