Description

Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Ierva di Primafonte is born in vineyards located in the municipality of Osimo, in the province of Ancona.

It is produced exclusively with Verdicchio grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine refines in the same containers, before being bottled.

It has a pale straw yellow color. The nose opens with a delicate and characteristic bouquet, with aromas of white flowers of acacia, peach and apple. On the palate it is dry and harmonious, with a pleasantly bitter aftertaste.

Perfect to accompany grilled fish, this white wine is ideal in combination with sea snails and chicken salads.
