Description

Cantina Gallura's Vermentino di Gallura DOCG Superiore Canayli comes from vineyards born and raised in soils rich in skeleton.

The harvest and the manual selection of the grapes allows, together with the soft pressing of the bunches, to maintain the original aromas of the grapes.

The result is a beautiful wine with a straw yellow color with golden reflections and a large and intense bouquet, with notes of grapes, exotic fruit and hints of green pepper and a dry, full and warm taste, with a harmonious and fine structure.

Perfect with light first courses, seafood risotto, fish in sauce and roast, sweet DOP Sardinian pecorino cheese.
