Description
The White Vermouth of Bottega is made by combining a selection of Pinot Grigio wines in purity Venezia DOC, representative of the territory of origin, with a natural extract that is obtained by mixing together over 30 herbs, flowers and spices, according to an original recipe and stored in secret.
It is characterized by a pale yellow color. The nose is characterized by intriguing spicy tones, achieved by citrus notes among which the orange aroma is well distinct. In the mouth it is intense and fresh, with vivid citrus returns and a sweet note in harmony with the overall gustatory experience.
Perfect to serve straight or on ice, it proves to be an interesting base for cocktails. Excellent complement to a good vanilla chocolate.
