Description
This white Vermouth is produced by the Opificio Numquam, based in Prato. The Vermouth recipe takes up that of 1737 by Stefano Buonamici, a nobleman from Prato who enjoyed collecting recipes.
It is an artisanal Vermouth produced by maceration of Tuscan white wine with organic spices and medicinal plants. Straw yellow in colour, it has a sweet, savory and warm taste with herbaceous and fruity aromas.
It can be enjoyed both alone and used in mixology.
