Description
Sant'Orsola white Vermouth di Torino is an aromatized wine produced with DOC wine of Piedmontese origin and a selection of herbs, spices, flowers, bark and roots. The recipe involves the use of at least 5 Piedmontese herbs, including Roman wormwood, which gives a unique harmony.
Intense straw yellow in colour, the aroma is complex with notes of absinthe, floral spices and citrus fruits. The flavor is balanced between spices, roots and a correct sugary softness.
Perfect pure as an aperitif or as a base for cocktails.
