Lacryma Christi del Vesuvio Bianco DOC 5 Viti 2022 Sorrentino

The Lacryma Christi Del Vesuvio Bianco from the Sorrentino winery is made with a blend of 90% Caprettone and 10% Falanghina grapes.

The vineyards from which the grapes come are located on rich volcanic-sandy soils at an average altitude of 400 meters above sea level. Good ventilation and perceptible temperature variations guarantee healthy grapes with great aromatic concentration. After the manual harvest completed in mid-September, the grapes are fermented in steel to ensure a fresh wine with well-refined primary aromas.

Straw yellow in color, it has hints of exotic fruits, with hints of grapefruit and notes of wild herbs. On the palate it opens the sip with an interesting minerality that is tempered by the fruity hints of white melon and peach. With an excellent structure, it has a pleasant drink and a medium-long persistence.

Ideal for vegetable-based first courses, it goes well with seafood risotto and white meats.
