Description

This red wine from Can Axartell comes from the region of Terra Mallorca and is the result of a harmonious blend of Syrah, Manto Negro, and Merlot. It presents a bright and clear ruby color, embodying the Mediterranean spirit of the territory where it originates.

The grapes are handpicked and ferment for about four weeks in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18.5°C. The absence of wood aging allows for enhancing the freshness of the fruit and the varietal identity of the grapes used.

On the nose, it expresses itself with a pronounced aromatic intensity characterized by attractive floral notes and ripe red fruits like raspberry. On the palate, it is a fresh, lively, and pleasantly sweet wine, with good acidity, soft tannins, and a long, flavorful finish that invites you to take another sip.

Ideal with red meats, cheeses, charcuterie, pasta dishes with savory sauces, and second courses of white meat or rich fish.
