Description

Lenz is a blend of three white grape varieties from Alto Adige, sourced from the hills of Oltradige and Bassa Atesina.

The harvest is carried out separately for each variety, as is the fermentation, which takes place in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of 20°C.

It shows a pale straw yellow color. It captivates with its notes of apple blossom and freshly cut grass. It enters the palate gently, later revealing itself as juicy and round, with good softness.

Perfect for any occasion, it is both an aperitif wine and ideal for pairing with risottos and delicate fish starters.
