Description

Maso Toresella Bianco Cuvée by Cavit is a white wine obtained from a selection of white grape varieties, mainly Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay, complemented by Riesling Renano and Gewürztraminer. It is born in the Valle dei Laghi, in an area close to Lake Toblino, where the sub-Mediterranean climate and the constant breeze of the Ora del Garda help to give finesse and elegance to the wine’s character.

The different varieties are harvested and processed separately. After destemming and crushing, the must undergoes a brief cold maceration on the skins to enhance aromatic extraction, then ferments in stainless steel at a controlled temperature. Aging takes place sur lies until bottling, to enhance structure, balance, and complexity.

The color is straw yellow with greenish highlights. The bouquet is complex and elegant, with aromas of fresh citrus, citron, yellow apple, peach, and pineapple, enriched by subtle notes of sage and mint. On the palate, it is well-structured, harmonious, and fresh on the finish.

It pairs well with fish appetizers, even raw, first courses with vegetable sauces, and main courses of white meats with tomato and olive-based sauces.
