Description

The Omnes Dies originates from the vineyards of Abbazia di Novacella located in the Bressanone basin, at the foot of the Dolomites.

It is a cuvée of native white grape varieties resulting from fermentation in stainless steel at a temperature between 17 and 19°C. It is then left to rest in the same containers for at least 6 months to refine its organoleptic characteristics.

In the glass, it shows a beautiful yellow-green hue. The nose alternates delicate aromas of peach and citrus, supported by hints of nutmeg. On the palate, it is fresh and savory, with good persistence.

Ideal with grilled prawn skewers or goat cheeses glazed with honey. Try it with melon and speck.
