Description

The Vigneti delle Dolomiti Sauvignon Furiél of Borgo dei Posseri was born in the vineyards located in the three towns of Pozzo, located on a spur between the Ronchi and San Valentino valleys, on the left of the Adige river.

It is produced exclusively with Sauvignon grapes, harvested only by hand in late September. After a soft pressing, the grapes traditionally ferment in white at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages in stainless steel tanks for 7 months and for a further period in the bottle before being placed on the market.

It is characterized by a straw yellow color. The nose opens with an intense and persistent bouquet, with pleasant hints of elderberry flowers. On the palate it is full, pleasantly sapid and persistent.

Perfect to accompany fish and shellfish dishes, it is ideal in combination with aperitifs and seafood.
