Description

The Marzemina Bianca di Ca' di Rajo originates from vineyards located in Rai di San Polo di Piave, in the province of Treviso, cultivated with the traditional Bellussi radial breeding system.

Obtained solely from the grape variety of the same name, Marzemina Bianca, it is the result of very soft and careful pressing and sparkling wine in a pressurized tank according to the Charmat method.

Straw yellow in colour, it expresses itself on the nose with floral hints of cedar, grapefruit and yellow peach. The entry into the mouth is fresh and opens on a large and well balanced sip.

Perfect to serve fresh as an aperitif or to accompany cold cheeses and pastas. Recommended with raw fish and oysters.
