Description

The Blanc Brut Cuvee 50 Mesi from Terrazze dell’Etna is a sparkling wine produced in the Randazzo area, made from Chardonnay grapes grown on volcanic soils rich in stones. The vineyard’s altitude and the Etna region provide the wine with elegance, freshness, and a pronounced mineral character.

The vinification follows the Traditional Method with soft pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation, followed by a long period of ageing on the lees which adds complexity, structure, and finesse.

It shows a pale straw yellow colour and a fine, persistent perlage. The bouquet is broad and complex, with hints of bread crust and evolved notes. On the palate, it is persistent and well-balanced, with a substantial structure, creamy mousse, and marked minerality.

Perfect pairing with fish dishes, shellfish, and white meats.
