Caprice Brut Rosè by Capri Moonlight is a fresh and fragrant sparkling wine, made from the best Aglianico grapes.

The whole grapes are pressed without destemming, with a short maceration on the skins to extract the color. Fermentation takes place in steel vats at a controlled temperature for 10 days. Finally, the wine remains in an autoclave for 5 months after the second fermentation.

In the glass the wine appears pale pink. Notes of red fruit and yeast emerge on the nose. The sip is fresh and harmonious. A rosé sparkling wine ideal for sharing during the aperitif, but also suitable to accompany appetizers and first courses based on fish and vegetables.

Made from Falanghina grapes harvested on the Campania coast and softly pressed, and obtained with the Charmat method which maintains all its freshness, this sparkling wine is a real all-rounder that goes well with everything!
