Description

Dubl Edition is one of the Traditional Method sparkling wines from the Feudi di San Gregorio winery, made exclusively from native Campanian grape varieties.

It is made from Greco grapes, with small additions of other white varieties. The wine ages on the lees for 42 months.

It shows a bright golden-yellow color, with a very fine and persistent perlage. On the nose it unveils a complex bouquet, where notes of yellow flowers and citrus are enriched by mineral nuances. On the palate it is very elegant, with a long finish.

Excellent both as an aperitif and with sushi and shellfish.
