Vino Spumante Extra Dry Cuvée Sergio 1887 Mionetto

The Extra Dry Cuvée Sergio 1887 Sparkling Wine represents one of the products of the Luxury Collection of the Mionetto company. It was born at the foot of the Venetian Prealps, where the company has been based since 1887.

This sparkling wine is obtained from a blend of white berried grapes, expertly assembled and sparkling following the Charmat method.

The Extra Dry Cuvée Sparkling Wine Sergio 1887 is characterized by a straw yellow color and a subtle and elegant perlage. The typical aromas of pear and citrus are accompanied by interesting notes of honey and wild apples. In the mouth, the softness and good acidity are enhanced which, thanks also to a light body, give the wine a pleasant versatility.

Perfect with not too elaborate dishes based on fish and vegetables, it is excellent for vegetarian dishes such as cold salads of barley and vegetables. Find its ideal moment in the aperitif.
