Description
The Sun & Air of the Boutinot company is produced in South Africa from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes.
The vines are grown on the slopes of Paarl Mountain, a large granite outcrop. The result is a wine of great minerality that also benefits from harvesting at low temperatures, from cold fermentation, thus obtaining great concentration and marked minerality.
Straw yellow in colour, it has a beautiful olfactory range of tropical fruits interspersed with notes of asparagus and wild herbs. On the palate it is fresh, mineral, with a return of yellow melon and herbs, with a good structure and a medium persistence.
Ideal with sushi, asparagus salad and grilled chicken.
