Cavit (Cantina Viticoltori del Trentino) is a consortium of social wineries that since 1950 has been enhancing its heritage of Trentino terroir and products within the national and international wine scene. From international vines to native vines, wines with a distinctive identity and a unique style are born. The grapes are harvested by hand and come from areas particularly suited to viticulture, such as the hills of Trento and Vallagarina, unique geographical realities, steeped in tradition and enviable winemaking skills.

The result is wines such as the delicate Pinot Grigio with fresh and floral scents or the Sauvignon Blanc with recognizable herbaceous tones that photograph all the scents of the mountain. Followed by Chardonnay and Gewürztraminer from white berried grapes. Great familiarity with the local culture is also expressed by the Marzemino and Teroldego , native Trentino wines, fascinating wines. Finally, the Pinot Noir , an elegant and harmonious wine, with a pleasant and worked tannic texture, truly exemplary of the wine-making greatness of this land.
