Directly from the magical terroir of Bolgheri, at the foot of the Rocca di Castiglioncello, rises this small, family-run winery, a place of unparalleled beauty, which enjoys an exceptional microclimate and soil rich in minerals favourable to the cultivation of vines. Founded by Vincenzo Di Vaira in the early 1950s and always faithful to tradition, the winery today takes on a fresher and more innovative imprint by including new and alternative wines in its range, with the Caccia al Palazzo line, on whose label is represented an elegant butterfly, symbol of gracefulness and freshness, 'like a ballerina dancing confidently and beautifully on flowers'.

And it is precisely the aromas of these wines that dance in the glass, as in the case of Bolgheri Superiore Bolgherese, produced mainly with Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes, in which wild berries give way to spicy scents, and Bolgheri Caccia al Palazzo, a splendid ballet of delicate notes of cherry and scents of freshly ground pepper, to end with Caccia al Palazzo Bolgheri Rosato, which in the glass is a dance marked by scents of strawberry and rose.
