Geographical is a cooperative winery founded in 1961 from the passion of 17 winemakers who came together with the aim of promoting the economic and social development of agriculture. In the same year the first label saw the light; Today Geographico brings together more than 60 members who , with expertise, dedication and a spirit of sacrifice, have contributed to relaunching the image of Chianti Classico throughout the world .
Under the aegis of the renowned oenologist Riccardo Cotarella, native wines are born with a modern and innovative charm which is expressed in all its splendor in the Chianti Classico DOCG Contessa di Radda (90 pt Maroni). With a large and intense bouquet of sweet violets, it is dry and balanced on the palate, slightly tannic, while in its Riserva version (93 pt Maroni) , it releases an intense and vinous aroma, with hints of ripe red fruit and spices. Two wines that will give their best accompanied by second courses of red meat and mature cheeses. The range is completed by the two Toscana IGT wines, expressions of a unique territory in the world.
