A winery in the Veronese area that already in its name enhances the territory from which the grapes are born: in the Venetian dialect the word “Scaia” means flake of stone, chalk, limestone. The soul of these wines is all here, which look to the future while listening to the past. A new way of thinking about wine, in a land where the testamentary value of tradition has great value: it is precisely from this classic heritage, in the names of Soave and Valpolicella , that the need arose to create something innovative.
This is how fresh, young wines are born , which wink at the new generations without forgetting the past: from Scaia of Tenuta Sant'Antonio, a soft white with complex simplicity to Paradiso Scaia of Tenuta Sant'Antonio, the result of a blend of the typical native grapes of Veronese, Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella, to testify the authentic relationship with tradition.
