Among these, a Viognier and a Chardonnay with rich and dense aromas, as well as the harmonious and surprising Kikè, the first Sicilian Gewürztraminer, perfect to accompany seafood risotto.
Among the red wines, the Merlot and Perricone stand out for their quality and persistence, while among the whites, the Kebrilla is worth mentioning, obtained from the indigenous Grillo variety, one of the oldest in Sicily. A fresh, floral, and elegant wine with a citrusy and ripe taste, pleasantly savory, it is a perfect representation of the Sicilian terroir.
