Chianti Classico Riserva is also the result of a careful selection of grapes and aging in oak for 24 months: the perfect integration of rosehip and violet with red fruits expands in the spicy aromas of nutmeg and black pepper, all well supported by a mature and refined tannic structure. However, the real jewel in the crown of the estate is the Rialzi Chianti Classico Gran Selezione , the result of a careful selection of the grapes and an overall aging of 30 months: the result is surprising, with hints of ripe red fruit, notes of violet and a warm and harmonious palate, enriched by spices and toasted notes of coffee and tobacco, for a long persistence.
