Tenute Rubino is more than a family-run business, it is a forward-looking project that began in the 80s of the last century, with the recovery of the viticultural potential of a territory with ancient origins.

Today, the company boasts a unique production that is divided into five different estates. Each estate (Jaddico, Palombara, Uggìo, Punta Aquila and Marmorelle) is dedicated to the breeding of vines that best suit its soil and climate characteristics, giving each grape unique and personal features.

However, the true vocation of the company is the recovery of one of the oldest native vines of Salento, Susumaniello, the absolute protagonist in Susumaniello Rosso Oltremé, an exuberant red, fresh and immediately seductive on the palate, with enchanting fruity hints, which proves to be either pleasant and elegant. The rosé version of Susumaniello Rosato Oltremé is also interesting, with a fresh and slightly sapid sip and a pleasant fruity persistence.

Among the other wines of the company, we find the Punta Aquila, 100% Primitivo, a complex, intense and enveloping wine and, finally, the Sumaré 30 months, a rosé brut sparkling wine produced from Susumaniello grapes.
