Located in the heart of the Chianti Classico, Tenuta Casenuove is primarily dedicated to the production of Sangiovese, but also cultivates Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Canaiolo. Philippe Austruy purchased the estate in 2015 and, captivated by the place and its immense potential, began producing exceptional wines. Notable examples include the traditional Chianti Classico (90 pts Wine Enthusiast), a structured Chianti Classico Riserva (93 pts Suckling), the superb Toscana Rosso (92 pts Suckling), and finally the exciting organic sparkling Rosé Ziik.
