It bears the name of the Domaine, this white berried Cuvée, to underline what are the essential features of the Côte d'Or terroir - in Burgundy - and the signature of the Domaine.
It consists of only Chardonnay grapes, harvested in the areas of Mersault, Puligny and Chassagne. It carries out alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in steel tanks and refines, for 8 -10 months in similar tanks, so as to guarantee the maximum expressive frankness of the fruit.
