Geografico is a cooperative winery born in 196 from the passion of 17 winemakers who one day decide to meet in Gaiole to sign the deed of incorporation of the cooperative. The first label was released in the same year; Today Geografico gathers more than 60 members , with skill, dedication and spirit of sacrifice they have helped to relaunch the image of Chianti all over the world . Under the aegis of the well-known oenologist Riccardo Cotarella, native wines are born with a modern and innovative charm that is expressed in all its splendor in the Chianti Classico Contessa di Radda , produced mainly with Sangiovese grapes and with Canaiolo and Colorino grapes , with a ruby red color and a wide and intense bouquet of violet.
