The H. Lun company is a wine producer in the municipality of Egna, in the province of Bolzano, in the Trentino-Alto Adige region. The history of this winery began way back in the 1840s, when Alois H., the owner, with extreme foresight and entrepreneurial spirit, began to produce exclusive wines from the best areas, calling them by his own name: this is how the H. brand was born. The production area is fertile and enjoys ideal climatic and geological conditions: a mild continental Alpine climate with the Alps that protect the region from the cold northern winds in the north, while it benefits from the warm Mediterranean and Lake Garda currents from the south.

This is how two product lines come to life, Sandbichler and 1840: from Sandbichler Pinot Nero Riserva, a wine that spends part of its aging in French oak barrels, acquiring fruity intensity and fullness, in Alto Adige Sauvignon, a wine enriched with pleasant pepper notes.
