The Maremma Toscana Avvoltore is born in vineyards located in a splendid landscape, between the hills and the sea.

It is mainly produced with Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah grapes. The grapes are harvested between the second half of September and the first half of October, fermented in concrete tanks with temperature control and two pumping over per day for the first 10 days.
