The Pietrapura wine are the results of the partnership between the Tuscan company Rocca delle Macìe and renowned Apulian companies, with the common aim of enhancing the native vines of Salento and creating wines that express the territory.

Those experiences have led to the creation of different types of wine with native grapes, including the Mandus, a wonderful version of Primitivo di Manduria Doc: it displays an intense ruby red color and fascinates with a fruity scent of cherries and plums, combined with spicy hints of vanilla and chocolate. The selection is completed by the Negroamaro, the Primitivo di Manduria Cotis, which ages 12 months in French oak barriques, and the Primitivo di Manduria Dolce Naturale Dolceluna, ideal to be served with aged cheeses and almond cakes, fruit tarts and chocolate desserts.
