It’s the moment long awaited by lovers of rich, full-bodied wines made from partially dried grapes!

The Appassimento method is a uniquely Italian technique: grapes are left to dry slowly before fermentation, concentrating aromas, sweetness, and body. The result? Intense, enveloping wines, rich with notes of ripe fruit, spices, and chocolate, perfect to pair with the most flavorful dishes or to raise an elegant toast on autumn evenings.

Discover the stars of this ancient tradition: Amarone, Ripasso, Governo and Sfurzat – each with a unique personality, yet all united by a deep, generous, irresistible style.

For a few days only, take advantage of our Black Friday offers on the finest Appassimento wines. Explore the collection now and find your next favorite wine – intense, passionate, and in true Italian style.
